Yes, up to two pets under 40 lbs. Pet deposits are $300 for one, ½ dep refundable, +$20/month per pet. Two pets are $400 total deposit, ½ refundable with +$40/month for two pets.
We are a Cox cable “Quick Connect” property, so you have internet the first day of move-in hassle free. Other providers such as Century Link are available. Satellite providers do have install restrictions, such as patio only installs and no mounting to the railings.
